These Terms apply to all rentals, inquiries, and communication related to our 1-ton,1.5-ton to 5-Tons chiller vans operating across the UAE.
Service Overview
Fast Chiller Van Transport provides:
- 1 Ton Toyota HiAce Chiller Vans
- 1.5 Ton Toyota HiAce High Roof Chiller Vans
- 2 Tons Chiller Vans
- 5 Ton Chiller Vehicles
Services are available for:
- Daily rentals
- Weekly rentals
- Monthly rentals
- One-time deliveries or single trips
- With Driver / Without Driver options
- With Toll / Without Toll packages
All rentals are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booking & Confirmation
How Bookings Work
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Full details are shared by the customer
- A confirmation message is sent by our team
- (If applicable) Advance payment is completed
Information Required for Booking
To confirm a booking, we may require:
- Customer name
- Contact number
- Pickup and drop-off details
- Rental duration
- Vehicle type (1 Ton / 1.5 Ton)
- With or without driver requirement
Incomplete information may delay or prevent confirmation.
Rental Terms
With Driver Rentals
When booking a van with our driver:
- Drivers follow UAE traffic laws at all times
- Customers must not ask drivers to overload vehicles
- Customers must not request unsafe or illegal routes
- Waiting charges may apply if delays exceed agreed time
Without Driver (Self-Drive) Rentals
For self-drive rentals, the customer must:
- Provide valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence
- Take responsibility for fines, tolls, and damages
- Return the van in the same condition it was rented
We reserve the right to refuse self-drive rentals if documentation is incomplete or safety concerns arise.
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Online transfer
- Company payments (if approved)
Advance Payments
Depending on the rental duration, an advance or security deposit may be required.
Additional Charges
Extra charges may apply for:
- Extra hours
- Overtime waiting
- Additional delivery stops
- Route changes
- Damages caused during the rental
All charges will be communicated transparently.
Cancellation & Refunds
Customer Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
Refund eligibility:
- 24+ hours before booking: Full refund (if advance was taken)
- Less than 24 hours: Partial or no refund (depending on situation)
- Same-day cancellation after dispatch: No refund
Company Cancellations
In rare cases where we cannot provide the booked vehicle due to breakdown or emergency, we will:
- Offer an alternative vehicle (if available), or
- Provide a full refund of any advance
Vehicle Usage Policy
Customers must use the rented chiller vans responsibly. Misuse includes:
- Overloading beyond weight capacity
- Transporting prohibited, toxic, or illegal items
- Operating the van in unsafe or restricted areas
- Tampering with mechanical or cooling systems
Any misuse may result in penalties, charges, or termination of the rental.
Cooling System Responsibility
Our vans are regularly checked before dispatch. For safety:
- Customers must monitor temperature during long trips
- Immediate reporting is required if cooling issues appear
- We are not responsible for losses caused by customer negligence
If a van develops a technical issue, we will offer support or a replacement where possible.
Liability Disclaimer
Fast Chiller Van Transport is not responsible for:
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or roadblocks
- Damage to goods caused by improper packaging
- Losses resulting from customer mishandling
- Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Our maximum liability is limited to the rental amount paid.

By using our website or WhatsApp:
- You agree not to misuse our communication channels
- You agree not to send harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- You accept that information exchanged may be stored for booking purposes
We do not use WhatsApp data for marketing unless permitted by the user.
